These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including students enrolled in our mentorship programs and participants in our trading competitions.

2. Description of Services

Dr. Grand Trading provides mentorship programs offering educational content and guidance on binary options trading through three tiers (Pro, Elite, Monster), trading competitions with cash prizes for eligible participants, educational content including video tutorials and trading insights, and community access through our Telegram community and support channels.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws, and reside in a jurisdiction where binary options trading is legal.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

License Grant

All content on Dr. Grand Trading, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon purchase of a mentorship plan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, educational use only.

Restrictions

All course materials, videos, files, and intellectual property are strictly for your personal, non-transferable use. You do not receive any rights to copy, distribute, reproduce, screen-record, re-upload, or share the content in any form. This includes but is not limited to: downloading or recording any video content (DRM-protected), sharing your account credentials or access codes with others, redistributing, selling, or commercially exploiting our content, circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls or DRM protection, and using screen recording software on our videos.

Video Watermarking

Every video contains a unique, identifiable watermark tied to your purchase and account. Any redistribution-including uploading to Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive, or private groups-can be traced directly to you.

Enforcement & Legal Consequences

Unauthorized sharing, leaking, or distribution of this course is a breach of copyright law and this agreement. You acknowledge that such actions may result in:

• Immediate and permanent removal of your access
• A formal DMCA complaint
• Civil legal action seeking damages, fees, and compensation for losses
• Reporting to hosting platforms and financial institutions

To participate in our trading competitions, you must have a valid trading account with our recommended broker (Pocket Option), meet the minimum deposit requirements, and obtain a valid access code. Competition access codes are personal and non-transferable, locked to a single device upon first use, and expire at the end of the competition period. Access codes may be revoked for violation of these Terms or competition rules.

Prize distribution is subject to verification of trading results and compliance with all rules. We reserve the right to disqualify participants for any fraudulent activity or rule violations.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free service, trading results or profitability, or accuracy and completeness of content. We use third-party services including Sentry for error monitoring and Google Analytics for website analytics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Grand Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, any trading losses or financial damages, or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending an email notification for material changes if you have an account. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
